​A little of bit of extra planning is essential for a healthy holiday. To make sure you're fully prepared, AHS can offer preventive medicine advice, vaccination and medication and administer these well in advance of your departure to make sure you have your injections and medications in good time.
 
The vaccinations and medications you will take depend on which countries you intend to visit and how long you will be away. And don't forget to tell us where you will be staying: there is a world of difference between a remote village and a five-star hotel.
 
For mandatory vaccinations, you will need to get an international vaccination card signed and stamped, and take it with you on your holiday.
