Ambulatory Healthcare Services Announces Eid Al Fitr Working Hours

Abu Dhabi-UAE: 06 August, 2013 – Ambulatory Healthcare Services (AHS), a part of the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), today announced the revised working hours of its healthcare centers located in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain during the Eid Al Fitr holidays.
 
The Abu Dhabi Airport Clinic, Al Khatem, Sweihan, Al Hayer, Remah and Al Qua’a Healthcare Centers will remain open for 24 hours throughout the Eid Al Fitr break.
 
On Wednesday, 07 August, Al Bateen, Khalifa A, Al Shahama, Al Maqta’a, Baniyas, Al Muwaiji, Mezyad and Al Yahar will operate from 8:30pm – 12:30am, Al Showaib and Al Faqa from 6:00pm – 12:00am. Meanwhile, Al Bateen, Khalifa A, Al Shahama and Al Maqta’a will operate from 2:00pm – 10:00pm, and Baniyas, Al Muwaiji, Mezyad, Al Yahar, Remah, Al Showaib and Al Faqa from 3:00pm – 11:00pm on Saturday 11 August.
 
Additionally, on Wednesday 07 and Saturday 10 August, Al Zafaranah, Al Rowda, Al Khaleej, Abu Dhabi Dental Center, Al Dhafra Dental Center, Al Samha, Mafraq Dental Center, Madinat Mohammed Bin Zayed, Al Nahda, Al Hili, Zakher, Al Niyadat, Al Maqam and Al Khazna will be closed.
 
Abu Dhabi and Al Ain-based Al Zafaranah, Al Rowda, Al Bateen, Al Khaleej, Abu Dhabi Dental Center, Al Dhafra Dental Center, Khalifa A, Al Shahama, Al Samha, Al Maqta’a, Mafraq Dental Center, Baniyas, Al Nahda, Madinat Mohammed Bin Zayed, Al Hili, Al Muwaiji, Zakher, Al Niyadat, Al Maqam, Mezyad, Al Yahar, Al Khazna, Remah, Al Showaib and Al Faqa Healthcare Centers will be closed on Thursday 08 August and Friday 09 August, 2013.
 
On the other hand, Al Ettihad Healthcare Center will operate from 2:00pm – 10:00pm from Thursday to Friday and from 8:00am – 11:00pm on Wednesday and Saturday.
 
AHS Disease Prevention and Screening Centers (DPSC) will be closed from Wednesday to Friday. On Saturday 10 August, the DPSC Abu Dhabi will operate from 9:00am – 5:00pm meanwhile all other DSPCs will remain closed. All Disease Prevention and Screening Centers will resume operations according to normal working hours on Sunday.
 
In accordance with the sighting of the moon, should Eid Al Fitr fall on Friday 09 August, all AHS healthcare centers will resume operation on Sunday 11 August (third day of Eid) as per their respective Saturday timings. In the eventuality that Eid falls on Thursday 08 August, the healthcare centers will resume operations as per normal working hours on Sunday.
 
AHS is a unique outpatient care concept from SEHA that aims to offer easy access to primary and specialist patient care, including comprehensive laboratory and modern diagnostic facilities.  AHS is responsible for operating school health services, disease prevention and screening centers, mobile clinic solutions and ambulatory care centers across Abu Dhabi.
